We all need a little time to ourselves once in a while…time off the grid to step away from the busy-ness of life.

This Ontario Yoga Retreat will refresh, recalibrate and reset you!

Set in the backdrop of Ontario’s beautiful Algonquin Park, you’ll enjoy quiet mornings in meditation, time immersed in nature, forest-bathing, and mindful yoga practices. You’ll be nourished with vegetarian and vegan meals made with locally-sourced ingredients, have time to unwind in a wood-fired sauna, walk the labyrinth, and then relax on the floating dock. The forest might entice you to a bicycle trail ride or beautiful hike before a canoe ride on the same Lake Kawawaymog that Tom Thomson paddled on. Then, wind down for the evening with a Restorative or Yoga Nidra practice before finding rest in your cozy forest cabin. NEW for 2024: a bright and radiant movement space with large windows that overlook trees and the beautiful lake.

The beauty of Algonquin awaits you during this opportunity to indulge in re-setting your inner compass. I’ll be your host on this journey, offering contemplative practices that are your gateways to getting reacquainted with yourself. You’ll be guided to inquire and be curious about where your inner guide is directing you.

Leaving the retreat, you’ll feel refreshed and recalibrated as your path awaits you to step back onto it with clarity and a renewed sense of the direction you’re headed!
