ABOUT ME

Hi there!

I am a Kripalu-trained yoga instructor in the Greater Toronto Area and hold E-RYT500 and YACEP certifications with the Yoga Alliance. I began my hatha yoga studies in 2011 at Sheridan College in Oakville ON, and then in 2018, completed an additional 300-hour certification from the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health in Massachusetts.

It’s been a joy to guide yoga and meditation practices inspired by my father, my beloved teachers and my students. I am, and will always be an eager learner first; continuously immersed in trainings that are centered around living a yogic lifestyle and being trauma-informed. My lived experience as a First Responder inspires how I guide other First Responders.

I have a special place in my heart for slower-paced practices like yin, restorative, and yoga nidra. In 2017 I became a certified Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra guide.

The artistic side of me adores the process of planning classes and combining them with a playlist of curated songs to create a sweet experience on the mat.

By day, I’m an Organizational Wellness Coordinator in the Public Safety field and hold a PMP designation. In my downtime, I get to do what I love ~ teach yoga and meditation.
